Jason McConnell has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition working for both large and small companies. Throughout his career, Jason has enjoyed building teams and creating recruiting strategies for professional services and consulting firms. He specializes in placing professionals in Accounting, Finance, IT, Operations and HR across a variety of industries. When he takes off his HR and Recruiting hat, Jason loves attending and coaching his two kids’ sporting events which include soccer, swimming, baseball and golf. In his spare time, he enjoys grilling and smoking BBQ meats while sipping on his favorite craft beer.
