Fredis Rodriguez is a results-oriented professional with over two decades of experience working with both Fortune 500 and startup companies in various industries. His experience has focused on SEC Reporting, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, technical accounting research, implementing technology improvements, financial modeling and forecasting, and budgeting. He started his career as an auditor for PriceWaterhouseCoopers then moved into industry working with EL Paso Corporation, Dynegy Inc., Key Energy, Rockwater Energy Solutions, Select Energy Solutions, and Waste Management. Fredis holds a BBA with an accounting concentration from the University of Houston and an MBA from Rice University. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys running. Originally from EL Salvador, Fredis considers Houston, where he resides with his wife and two boys, his adopted home.
